You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags, interior packaging, foam, and accessories included

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A return shipping label will not be provided by AlumaBags unless the return is due to:

  • A product defect
  • Shipping damage
  • An error made by AlumaBags

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Exchange or Store Credit

Prefer a swap instead of a refund?

  • Exchanges and store credits are available up to 90 days from purchase
  • Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly

1-Year Limited Warranty (Defects & Damage)

All AlumaBags products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in:

  • Materials
  • Zippers
  • Wheels
  • Handles
  • Frame or shell issues

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within 12 months, we will:

Photos and proof of purchase are required.


How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

We will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions.


Inspection & Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after items are received and inspected.

The following are not eligible for return or warranty coverage:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or dents from airline handling
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging or RMA number
