You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all tags, interior packaging, foam, and accessories included
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
A return shipping label will not be provided by AlumaBags unless the return is due to:
- A product defect
- Shipping damage
- An error made by AlumaBags
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Exchange or Store Credit
Prefer a swap instead of a refund?
- Exchanges and store credits are available up to 90 days from purchase
- Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly
1-Year Limited Warranty (Defects & Damage)
All AlumaBags products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in:
- Materials
- Zippers
- Wheels
- Handles
- Frame or shell issues
If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within 12 months, we will:

Inspection & Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after items are received and inspected.

- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or dents from airline handling
- Damage caused by misuse
